Crafters and artists, if you would like to have a booth at the Markham Village Music Festival, please complete the following form.

This is a "jury" form to assess your eligibility. Upon approval, we will send you an application package:

As a prospective Artist/Crafter at the Markham Village Music Festival, we require information for jurying purposes. Your compliance with the following will ensure that a prompt decision will be made on your eligibility.
 
 

All artists/crafters must submit 4 or 5 photos (or similar colour visuals) that clearly show your product(s).

Send them by e-mail to (Please ensure your total mail size does not exceed 4 MB), or, if you have suitable photos on your website, send us your URL and we will review them there, otherwise mail them as prints to Markham Village Music Festival, P.O. Box 172, 21 Main St. North, Markham, ON L3P 1X0, Attention Crafts Chair.

Book your booth space by April 30 and save.

Friday
By April 30, 10: - 1 booth = $75.00, - Double booth = $140.00
After April 30, 10: - 1 booth = $100.00,  - Double booth = $170.00
OR
Saturday only
By April 30, 10: - 1 booth = $90.00,  - Double booth = $160.00
After April 30, 10:  - 1 booth = $130.00,   - Double booth = $220.00
OR
Friday and Saturday
By April 30, 10: - 1 booth = $140.00,  - Double booth = $215.00

If you need electricity, you must bring your own generator. Your generator must be quiet. If the organizers determine it is too loud, it will be turned off.
